All services provided by Big Dog Detail LLC, including detailing, ceramic coatings, and paint protection film (PPF), are performed based on the customer’s requested service package. All prices are subject to change based on the condition of the vehicle upon inspection.

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment over $500. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the deposit or being charged a cancellation fee.

Big Dog Detail LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing if the vehicle’s condition is beyond normal wear and tear or if excessive dirt, stains, or damage is present. This will be assessed during pre inspection and additional fees will be discussed prior to beginning work.

All coatings and PPF applications are applied following industry standards. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow post-care instructions. Big Dog Detail LLC is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow these instructions. Failure to follow post-care instructions could result in the warranty being voided.

Big Dog Detail LLC offers warranties on ceramic coatings and PPF based on the product applied. However, warranties are void if the vehicle is not maintained in accordance with the provided care instructions. Instructions will be provided upon delivery of the vehicle.

For warranty claims, the vehicle must be returned to Big Dog Detail LLC for inspection and resolution of any issues. The warranty is only valid if Big Dog Detail LLC is given the opportunity to assess and address the problem directly. Any attempt to repair or alter the vehicle's protected surfaces by another party may void the warranty. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, but all concerns must be brought to us for the warranty to remain effective.

Paint Protection Film (PPF) may require up to 30 days for air bubbles to disappear. You must wait a minimum of 30-days to allow proper drying. We will then address any issues.

Big Dog Detail LLC is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. During our pre-service and post-service inspections, we will take photos to document the vehicle’s condition and note any damages. These findings will be shared with the customer, and we may provide recommendations for necessary repairs or services. By booking with us, you agree to our inspection process and acknowledge that we are not responsible for any issues not addressed or documented prior to our service.

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may incur additional fees.

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns.

Big Dog Detail LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
